Toilets: sufficient, accessible, clean, ventilated and lit; privacy, toilet paper and sanitary waste provision. Identify cleaning and tank servicing separately. Washing: beside toilets and near changing rooms, with clean hot and cold or warm water (running so far as reasonably practicable), soap and drying facilities. Basins must allow washing of hands, face and forearms; sanitiser alone is not enough. Showers: assess whether the work or health risks require them; specify privacy and any specialist decontamination needed. Drinking: adequate safe water, accessible supplies, replenishment and cups or a suitable drinking fountain. Changing/storage: special clothing and health/propriety needs, seats, secure storage and drying where required; keep contaminated and ordinary clothing apart. Rest/meals: tables, seats with backs, meal preparation and boiling water, appropriate temperature, and provision to rest lying down where necessary for pregnant or nursing workers. Keep the rest area free of stored plant/materials. 2.
